Benefits: Supports immune function during colds and flu. Helps reduce fever gently and safely. Soothes cough, congestion, and sore throat. Calms restlessness and encourages deeper sleep.

How to use: Use 1 tablespoon per 1 L of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Drink warm throughout the day, best between 10am -6:00pm.
