    • Dry lemon balm cut leaves. Taste: Mildly bitter, slightly sweet, aromatic. 50 gm
    • Benefits: Soothes anxiety, restlessness, and nervousness. Supports deeper, more peaceful sleep. Relieves tension in the digestive tract (nervous stomach, cramps) Helps balance emotions.
    • How to Use:
      Use 1 tablespoon per 1 L of boiling water; cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and sip warm, ideally before bedtime or during moments of stress.
